These terms govern your use of quillence.pk. By placing an order, you agree to them. This is a placeholder document — please have legal counsel review before publishing.
Products
Every piece is handmade, so slight variations in colour, size, or texture are natural and part of the charm.
Product photos are indicative. Yarn dye lots may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in case of pricing errors or stock issues).
Custom orders
Custom pieces require a 50% advance to reserve your slot. Balance is due before dispatch.
Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
Intellectual property
All designs, photography, and branding on quillence.pk belong to Quillence. Please don't reproduce without permission.
Liability
Quillence is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control.
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
