How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add pieces to your cart, and check out. Pay via Easypaisa or JazzCash by transferring the total to our merchant account and uploading a screenshot — we'll verify and confirm your order shortly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Easypaisa and JazzCash. Merchant account details are shown at checkout and on your order confirmation page. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes are possible within 12 hours of ordering. After that, we've usually started stitching your piece.

How long does shipping take?

Ready-made pieces ship within 2–3 days. Custom pieces take 5–7 days to stitch, then 2–3 days to deliver.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently deliver only within Pakistan. Sign up for our newsletter and we'll let you know when we ship abroad.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is a flat PKR 250 anywhere in Pakistan. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is PKR 600.

Can you copy a piece from a photo?

Yes! Send us a reference photo through our custom order form or WhatsApp and we'll recreate it in our own crochet style.

How much do custom orders cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on size, complexity, and yarn used. Most bouquets fall between PKR 2,500 and PKR 8,000.

How long do custom orders take?

Usually 2–3 weeks from confirmed advance payment. Bigger pieces or bulk orders may take longer.

How do I care for my crochet piece?

Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. Dust gently with a soft brush; do not wash or wring.

Will the colors fade?

We use quality acrylic yarn that holds color for years when kept indoors. Extended sun exposure will slowly fade any yarn.

Can I return a piece?

Ready-made items can be returned within 3 days if unused. Custom pieces are non-refundable — see our refund policy.
