Every Quillence piece is handmade with care. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Ready-made pieces
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Return shipping is arranged by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Custom & personalised pieces
Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
If your custom piece arrives with a defect, we will replace or repair it at no cost.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, please email qarialiaqat07@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We'll replace, repair, or refund at our discretion — whichever restores your smile fastest.
How to start a return

We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address within a day.
